What LiveAI never does
- Never reads, analyzes, or resells the content of your conversations.
- Never sees or stores your banking information (payment handled directly by Stripe).
- Never transmits your API key for any provider to anyone — it stays encrypted, locally.
- Only accesses your files within the folder you explicitly choose in agent mode, never anywhere else on the disk.

Site audience measurement
Visits to liveai.fr (the site, not the application) are measured with a tool self-hosted on our own server, in France. No browsing data is sent to Google Analytics or any third-party service.
Concretely: no cookie is set, and no IP address is recorded. Visitors are distinguished by a computed identifier that is then hashed irreversibly and renewed daily. Only the following are retained: the page viewed, the site you came from, your browser and system type, and an approximate location (country/city) deduced at the time of the visit.
This data is aggregated and does not allow us to identify you personally or link you to your LiveAI account.
Subprocessors
Stripe (payment) and Scaleway (server hosting, France) are the only third parties with which data is exchanged. The site's audience measurement is self-hosted on this same server: it does not involve any additional third party. No data is shared with a third party, sold, or used for advertising purposes.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you may at any time request access to, rectification of, or deletion of data concerning you held on the LiveAI account server (account, credits, waitlist), by writing to contact@liveai.fr. Data stored locally on your computer (conversations, settings) is under your direct control: uninstalling the app or deleting the data folder is enough to erase it.
Retention
Messages sent in built-in LiveAI mode are not retained once the reply has been sent. Account data (name, e-mail, credit balance) is retained for as long as the account exists, and deleted upon request or after account deletion.
