Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of LiveAI usage credits ("the built-in LiveAI option") by seller's name to any consumer or professional placing an order from the LiveAI application or the liveai.fr website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Two types of offers are available, detailed and kept up to date on the Pricing page:

• Credit packs (Discovery, Standard, Intensive): one-time purchase, credits do not expire as long as the account remains active, no automatic renewal.
• Subscriptions (Essential, Comfort): recurring monthly billing, credits allocated each month, cancellable at any time from the application.

1 credit corresponds to 1 message exchanged (up to approximately 2000 cumulative tokens); beyond that, usage is counted proportionally. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.

Orders are placed directly from the LiveAI application. Payment is processed by our provider Stripe; LiveAI never sees or stores the customer's bank details. The order is confirmed as soon as payment is validated by Stripe, and credits are automatically credited to the customer's account.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after the order with the consumer's express agreement and waiver of their right of withdrawal. By confirming the purchase, the customer acknowledges that the credits are made available immediately and waives their right of withdrawal for credits already used. For any request concerning unused credits, contact contact@liveai.fr.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the application (Settings → Usage). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; no pro-rata refund is issued for the current period. Credits already allocated remain usable until exhausted.

LiveAI undertakes to provide access to artificial intelligence providers with reasonable diligence, without guaranteeing continuous availability. In the event of prolonged unavailability of the service attributable to LiveAI, unused credits remain the property of the customer until the service is restored.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact contact@liveai.fr as a priority to find an amicable solution before any legal action.
